Brand Strategy and Design (BSD) E.A. is a well know marketing strategy and advertising agency in Kenya. This support includes streamlining the HR processes and procedures, developing a HR Manual, reviewing the organisation structure, reviewing the Job Descriptions, and putting in place a performance management system among other HR duties.
