Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build your marketing career with a global brand? Kärcher Kenya is looking for a bright, energetic, and ambitious Graduate Marketing Associate to join our team in Nairobi.
About the role
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across retail marketing, digital support, campaign execution, branding, and product support in a fast-paced commercial environment. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute activations, support brand visibility, and contribute to campaigns that reach consumers across Kenya.
What you’ll do
- Support retail marketing activations and in-store campaigns across Nairobi and key regions
- Assist with digital content creation, social media coordination, and online brand presence
- Coordinate campaign execution — logistics, vendor follow-up, materials, and timelines
- Maintain and distribute marketing collateral and product branding assets
- Track campaign performance and prepare activity reports for the marketing lead
- Support product launch events and trade activations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 0–2 years’ experience after graduation
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Good attention to detail — accuracy matters in campaign execution
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced team
Added advantage: Experience through internships, attachment, or early exposure in retail, FMCG, consumer goods, or electronics will strengthen your application.
